Can’t access the Monitor Utility through hyper terminal

Problem: Wrong hyper terminal settings or the hyper terminal is not in local mode.

Solution: Verify all settings for hyper terminal in CLPRC manual. If Storage view software was used and you are now using hyper terminal you must set your controller in local mode. Start terminal session and use the following key combination at an open terminal window; press “ESC” release then “Shift” and “7” at the same time. You may need to refresh screen by using “CTRL-Z” combination.
