TAG to Partner with A&T Systems on GSA Connections Contract

Dulles, Virginia - (February 19, 2003)

TAG (Technology Advancement Group, Inc.) will partner with A&T Systems, Inc. (Silver Spring, MD) to provide telecommunications equipment and support for GSA's newly awarded FTS Connections program. GSA awarded 17 contracts to a wide range of large and small industry vendors to provide telecom equipment and services; support services; and solutions to federal agencies.

TAG will provide professional services including information assurance, physical and electronic security, surveillance equipment, and computer facilities management; hardware including rugged rack-mount servers, workstations, RAID storage devices, storage area networks (SAN), and LCDs; as well as secure ISP services for the contract.

The $35B multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) government wide acquisition contract (GWAC) will replace expiring regional equipment and services contracts. The contract has a base period of three years and five one-year options.

ISP: Internet service provider
LCD: Liquid crystal display
RAID: Redundant array of independent disks
